We Grow People …SOCIALLY

“for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.”

Matthew 25:35-36 NKJV

One of the roles and responsibilities of the church is the preservation of our community around us. Along with evangelism, we accomplish this by community service and partnerships. Our world is full of needs. There are countless opportunities and ways for us to reach out to those around us; we simply have to open our eyes. We have to train ourselves to see the world through a new perspective, “What can we do to serve those around us?” We promote and encourage Social Growth at CMBC:

•We conduct Monthly Social Outreach Fellowships (called “Mission-POSSIBLE”) for targeted outreach efforts in the areas of: Evangelism, Hunger-Homelessness, Disaster Relief, and Foreign & Domestic Missions.

•This is a lay-ministry fellowship that meets monthly (open to all members), sets it’s on goals and agenda, and participates in outreach events.

•Come Out and Join Us … You Can Make A Difference!
